The participants, except for the main speakers, have to make their hotel reservations by contacting the
hotels directly. It should be noted that there is a big demand of accommodation in the same week as our workshop due to various conferences with a large number of participants. Thus early reservation is highly recommended in order to assure a room at a reasonable price.

Organizers have visited several hotels nearby the venue of the workshop and selected a few for
the participants who ask for advice. Please see the details below.

All the invited lecturers will be accommodated at La Villa Blanche (map), a boutique hotel about 5 km
(20-30 minute taxi drive depending on the traffic) away from the venue of the workshop. Nearby this hotel
there is a big shopping mall Astoria with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is possible for our participants
and their accompanying persons to stay at La Villa Blanche at around the following prices:
Single room with breakfast 150 TL (~75 €) + tax per night
Double room with breakfast 170 TL (~85 €) + tax per night

The contributed talk speakers will be accommodated at the Boğaziçi University guest house (Kennedy Lodge)
if they request. Unfortunately, in the guest house very few rooms have private bathrooms.

In addition, a limited number of graduate students and postdocs without financial support can be
accommodated in other university facilities for a small fee. It is of some importance for us to know 
whether you are ready to share your room.

Mim Hotel Istanbul (map) is a four star hotel, about 7 km away from the venue of  the workshop; with
variable rates around 100 € per night for single room with breakfast.

Niza Park Istanbul (map) is a much more humble and quiet, three star hotel with variable rates around
55 € per night for single room with breakfast. It is about 4,5 km away from the venue of the workshop.

Another place where you can stay at a low price around 35 € is Etiler Anadolu Turizm Meslek Lisesi
Uygulama Oteli (map). It is only about 2 km away from the venue of the workshop. Unfortunately,
