ABOUT REGISTRATION FEE (announced at February
16, 2011)
We would like to update some of the
registration fee information. Until recently, in the registration page
of
this website it was stated that there would be only a few slots (10-12)
for contributed talks, no parallel
sessions and no registration fee for contributed talk
presenters,graduate students and post-docs.
However, some participants informed us that
they would not be able to get financial support unless they
gave a talk. They suggested that we arranged parallel sessions.
Realizing this very reasonable suggestion
with our first policy of exempting the
contributed talk presenters from the registration fee was impossible
due to our very limited budget.
As a result, we decided to include parallel
sessions and ask for a registration fee of 70 Euros from each
participant except for the invitees, graduate students and unemployed
post-docs. We hope that our valuable participants will symphatize with
this change.
